We Need an Appliance Installation & Delivery AlI-Star We Can Invest In
If you've got a knack for fixing stuff - even if it's just working on cars or being a home handyman - and you're a motivated guy or gal with a clean driving record and background, this could be the job of a lifetime.
We'll teach you the trade. You'll learn the appliance business from the ground up.
Tired of corporate jobs with endless amounts of BS and red tape and no ability to advance?
Sick of jobs with no real future?
This is how you break out of that.
Of course, if you're working with us and taking care of our customers, you gotta be a people person. You have to WANT to serve other people
We run a store people are HAPPY to come into. So the good news is you'll be around happy people who like to have a good time. And that means your "vibe" has to match and add to that environment.
You have to fit into a family-run company full of people who are passionate about what they do and where they work.
You also need to be detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
And, let's face it, you're installing appliances, so you gotta be able to lift 50 pounds and wrangle with 250-pound fridges and stuff - i.e., move appliances on and off trucks using a dolly. That kind of thing. It can be a physical job.
This is a job you can build a life and a family around. But you have to want to learn and take on responsibility, and prove yourself. You must understand that customer service and people skills are as big a part of the job as delivering and installing appliances.
If that's you, this could be your dream job. But what's in it for you (aside from future potential)?
- Full-Time Job with Benefits

- Health Insurance Plan with Premium Supplementation by Employer Retirement Plan with Employer Match

We Need a Wine, Coffee, Cooking, and Food Enthusiast Ready to Make a Career In This Field — Someone We Can Invest In
We’d say this is a sales position — and it is — but that would be truly misleading.
This is more of a sharing and teaching position.
Because what we want you to “sell” is your love for wine, coffee, cooking, and gourmet food.
Do you think life’s too short for shitty coffee?
Do you think a good glass of wine can change your whole attitude — especially when paired with great food?
Is a sharp knife a joy to use?
Listen: you don’t have to KNOW all the minutia behind this stuff in some snooty, nose-in-the-air fashion that so many connoisseurs cultivated.
We can absolutely teach you the facts and show you the ropes. It would actually be our pleasure to make you a stone-cold expert in everything in your section of the store.
Plus, we’ll PAY you good money to learn it.
What we can’t teach, though, is real passion for this stuff. Or a desire to share that passion with others. You have to WANT to serve other people.
You also have to want to learn and take on responsibility and prove yourself. Customer service and people skills are a big part of the job.
We run a store people are HAPPY to come into. So the good news is you’ll be around happy people who like to have a good time. And that means your “vibe” has to match and add to that environment.
You have to fit into a family-run company full of people who are passionate about what they do and where they work.
And, let’s face it, you’re working “on the floor,” moving cases of wine, climbing ladders, and so on — so it can be a physical job.
But if you’ve got that, and...
If you’re tired of corporate jobs with endless amounts of BS and red tape and no ability to advance...
Or sick of “McJobs” with no future...
This is how you break out of that drudgery. And break INTO a field that’s a joy to work in with a big future for people like you.
So here’s what’s in it for you (aside from future potential):
- Full Time Job with Benefits
- Competitive Base Pay w Generous Quarterly Bonus Program
- Health Insurance Plan with Premium Supplementation by Employer
- Retirement Plan with Employer Match
- Paid Holidays, Vacations, Sick days
- Employee Discount Program
- Quarterly Company Team Celebrations

- Pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma/GED required
- Internet/Computer skills
- Technical aptitude and strong desire to learn
- Ability to lift 40 pounds (move cases of wine) daily
